I agree the most important to country's future is education. Riches donate their fortune and passion for poor people to make chance to escape poverty. Normally, they built schools or libraries in poor countries and citizens can study free in there. Especially, Koreans have enthusiastic of education for children. I heard normal 4 years age children go to English kindergarten. They have learned English since very young and I'm curious is it can be helped them??? Some linguists insist that it can be helped but, I think young children should be played in field or gym with peer group. It's better for them.
