If you were an employer, which kind of worker would you prefer to hire: an inexperienced worker at a lower salary or an experienced worker at a higher salary? It's grateful imagination to be an employer. I think that selection of employee is case by case. In case of [이름]ple labor jobs, I prefer to hire an inexperienced worker at a lower salary because it doesn't need deep knowledge such as carrying and packing. But if I need employees who is technician or engineer, I prefer to hire experienced workers. Because their experiences might be solid foundation of my company. I don't know the period I can collect my right money. But I believe power of experiences.
