To speak English fluently is to know the world more easily I think. 3 qualifications to become a flight attendant. Being a successful ground staff require an applicant to have precision, flexibility and sociable personality. They should be able to check the all about passenger's routing, making no mistake. Also ground staffs should be able to successfully handle various situations including some unexpected ones. Most importantly, ground staffs need to provide comfortable service to all the customers in the airport with comfortable and friendly atmosphere.
