Yes, about 2 years ago, one of my co-workers was very aggressive.
He talked rough all day but actually he had such a good heart.
(I want to think so..^^)
Even though he had a good heart, he made co-workers feel bad for
his talking way. So mamy people didn't like him.
There is a famous proverb in Korea,
"A soft answer turns away wrath."
