It is the day to get a skin care service today. My face skin is much better than before. So I'm happy. When I get a stree, I feel that my skin goes bad. Anyway, I don't have enough time. To set an object is important when you do something. If you have a goal, you will take courage to do something. Therefore I alwaly state an object before begining. However when you face a difficulty like bungee jumping, it will be useless anything. You should win yourself at that situation.
