We ask our friends like this question in common in my country "Why do you this work?" and they answered "Because salary is so high or the reputation of my company is so good". In the end they just endure hardship due to these things regardless of their happiness. So when I work with them I couldn’t feel energy. In my case whenever I do my work I try to find a meaning of my job even if my job is timid. For instance, I get some lesson and adapt to my life or next project. As a result, I can feel enjoyable about my job and I could express my positive opinion to my coworkers. dWhen you meet a coworker like me, you would definitely be happy.
