A happy happy Friday to you Steve!
Thanks for sharing here your thoughts.
As they say, when a person starts his/her day bad, the day will be bad for the whole day.
But I don\'t totally agree with that.
A person can also make his/her day better though it was bad at the start.
We all have our own diversions on how to make ourselves better.
And for you, the things that you have shared is maybe really effective.
And I hope, you will divert your stress or anger just by working out and not on wrong side.
On more thing, I am happy that you are using idiomatic expressions in your compositions.
Good job. Keep it up!
You are doing really great!
Anyway, I\'ll see you next week!
Enjoy the rest of the day and your weekend!
Always,
Kathrine ^^
