Ultil about 2000 year, we've printed the images by films and we should see them through lighting view-box. After 2000 years, digital technology had made progress in the all of the our lives and radiologic department had be affected, too. Instead of disappearing of printed films, we had seen the images through computer monitor. We didn't need to print the films and hang up them on the view-box any longer. As soon as the patient gets the x-ray, we can see the image. This progress is very simple and don't need the time. Digitialized image, we call that PACS system.
