Which situation do you think is more painful? Being in a situation where someone forced you to do an action unwillingly mentally, or; forced you into an action that was of a physical nature? In my case, two of situations are painful if it is forced. I also may get a stress. I can do something pleasantly but I'd like to do it willingly. If I have to choose only one situation, I will choose action of a physical nature. This is because I can change my mind while I'm doing it. If I chanage my thinking about the physical work, I can do it willingly. I also have to find a enjoyable method.
