An extrovert people can do team activities or lead team project better in beginning step. Because an extrover leader can get along with team members and people who are related to the projet or acctivity. But I think that earnest and considerate leader will finally do well whether the leader is extrovert or introvert if the leader is not too introvert. And I think too introvert people will don't want to be a leader also.
