Basically, learning English is really a must especially to those non-English speaking countries.
Not only in your country but I guess also in my country.

English is the international language so it is necessary to learn English.

Learning English is not for young people only.
It is for everybody to learn.
English is not needed only to find a job but it is needed in many things.

Like when you go on a travel, when a foreigner asks you for a direction,  etc.
So learning English is not too late for you.
You can use it in many ways.

Nowadays, English becomes an international language more and more around the world.
