Well, actually reading and speaking English are really different.
But of course, it depends on the situation.
That is why you have the formal and informal way of speaking.
And reading and speaking, though different, can go together.
What I mean is that when you read, you have to practice.
So that when you practice, you will get used to it and you will now be able to inculcate and remember what you have read.
That is just a simple tip.
