Q : Is it more important to do work that one finds fulfilling or work that pays well? A : It's very profound question for me. I think fulfilling is more important to do work than pays well for several reasons. First if your job doesn't right you, you get a stress although your pay high. However, if you find fulfilling, you get some vitality although your pay low. Furthemore it is important to choice your first job. Because your first job relates your stress level. If you so work hard in your company by fulfilling, you can get promotion. Resultingly, you get high salary. So, those are the main reason for my opinion.
