I had a experience that I made team presentation unsuccessful. Whenever I start to prepare a presentation, I tend to have a great enthusiasm because I want to do it well. Because of this desire to be perfect, I used to check other members' materials. And there was a time that the material which one of the members searched didn't match the subject she was given and it seemed that she just did copy and paste. I am someone who speak straightforwardly, not backhanded and I told her what I thought. And that ruined the mood a little bit. So I apologized her later and just focused on what I had to do. But on the presentation's day, we got a lots of comments in her parts. And our presentation ended unsuccessfully. Looking back on it now, I should have told her gently. And from that experience, I think I learn how to communicate with team members and not to forget I'm doing TEAM works.
