What is the perception of the "ideal" worker in your country and how does this differ from similar jobs overseas?
First of all, everyone want to get a job which is given a high salary. On the other hand, although they can earn a large money, they don't want to have the works such as danger, dirty and difficult. So we say that is 3D about job.
Therefore, people prefer to get a safety job that has good community welfare policy.
However, I think we have to choose the job after considering thier interesting and aptitude. So the standard can seem to different depending on person.
Doctor and lawyer is the most popular job in Korea until now because we know the salary is most high. Theseday, public official is having popular because it is most safety. This preference has canged after IMF. Students want to be teacher. Because it is the most near job and there is long vacation and safety but the salary is not high. I think there is not 'ideal' worker to all people but there is to each person

I agree that most Korean do not like to have a 3D job in your country.
They just only like to work in offices or companies.
But what I do not understand is that once they go to other countries and have a job there, there job is considered a 3D job.
It is just quite ironic and amusing sometimes.
