Which way do you think is better when a conflict arises: taking some time and distance or solving the problem immediately?
It will be different depending on conflict. I'm a analytic person so there are a lot of thoughts. At first, I think why this problem was occured and how I have to solve this. And then, I try to have a talk with someone such as husband, friend or family. Sometime i tis needed to take some time because time is a good method. Hpwever, sometime I'm a impatient so I solve the problem directly. If I have a conflict with my husband, family or close friend, I solve it immediately. This is because we already know well each other and we can understand quickly. Also, if there is a executive problem at work, I resolve it with speediness and correctness. But if it is a complex relationship problem, taking a distance is better. Human relation is most serious problem because it is usually subtle. We have to choose something everyday. Is it life?
