What do you think is more important? Do think having a more high IQ (Intelligence Quotient) or a high EI (Emotional Intelligence) is more important for being successful in life? Why?
This topic was important to us. This is because there were many problems at Korea education. We thought that only IQ is everything so we emphasized only academic ability in the school education. However, we are considering about EQ. It is very important thing for being successful in life. Although someone have a more high IQ, they can live unhappy unless they have EI. This is because Usually emotion can control the life. Of course, if we can have two of them, it is perfect. People such as teachers and parents don't look just IQ. When students are growing, adult have to assist their EQ. At first, they have to love themselves and love neighbors. Students are living in keen compitition for successful. They belive that IQ can assure their future. They need to have IQ, EQ, CQ(creative), MQ(moral) and so on.

But we also need our EQ when deciding on things.
Sometimes we think rationally that we do not care about what other would feel about it.
