What do you think are the most important qualities a leader should have (and why)? In my opinion, a leader should have an ability to listen to other's thoughts. No one can be perfect alone. It means that everyone needs each other to solve problems which they have. Therefore, a leader should be humble and have an attitude to solve the problem together, not dictatorially.
