Last weekend, in Korea, there is a terrible accident which a car crushed into a pet shop and the owner of a car set fire to the pet shop with oil. Therefore, scores of dogs, cats and an employee of the shop died. The arsonist did that because his discontent about the pet shop. Now a day, according to a reaserch, 10 millon of Korean keep their pets. However I think that the Korean goverment doesn't have enough policies about animal cruesty. The criminals should be punished strongly instead pay fines. People must know that every life is as much valuable as human's life. We should respect animals right to prevent such as the crime. Furthermore, people shouldn't treat pets and other animals as their possessions. We should consider about animal's welfare and policy.
