Do you think all Koreans must learn how to speak in English? No, I don't. Some people need to learn how to speak English. But I think all people don't have to learn it. There are some people who need to use when they work or do something but this is not for all. I think, of course, English is very important because it is the public language in the whole world. But it tneds to be considered too important in Korea. Even though we find a job which doesn't use English or doesn't need that, English is first condition for passing resume screening in Korea. So I think it is very irrational and unnecessary. As a result, I think it is important how to speak English but the most important thing is that is for "some".
