Do you think that kids should get rewarded for getting good grades? I think kids have to get reward If they studied hard even though they didn't get good grades. Even if they tried to study hard for getting good grades, but they may not get those. In that case, If someone scolds them, I think, they never study again. Getting good grades is not everything. An effort is more important than getting them. So we have to tell "Good job, but you can get better grads next time if you study harder." to kids who made an effort but didn't get grade. Also, we give reward to kids who get good grades. And to conclude, every kids making an effort are qualified to get reward.
