Frankly speaking, I don't understand why some people suggest that the students should spend the whole school day on academic studies. I think that physical exercise is the part of education. Think about this, why we go the school. If the education is only academic studies, it is better way to study in academy. Through the physical exercise, we can learn the cooperation and sociality.So it is mandatory, not optional.
