Some people prefer to live in a house, while others think that there are more advantages living in an apartment. What is your own opinion? I prefer to live in a house than apartment. There are many advantages to living in a house. First, people lived in a house don't need to pay thier maintenance fees. If i live in an apartment ,i have to pay my maintenance fee. The more economic condition is shaky, the more i have to pay a maintenance fee. it may be a personel burden. Secondly, living a house is more safe than living an apartment. Because there are a lot of people lived togther in an apartment, if one person make a safety accident such as fire, every people lived in an apartment will be in danger. finally, Because house has a yard, people can take a rest and raise flowers in a yard. So i prefer to live in a house.

It can be said that the advantages of a house are the disadvantages of an apartment, and vice versa. People can only find a suitable accommodation by taking account of their practical conditions and future plans. As for me, I prefer to live in a house. So, we have the same preference. The biggest advantage of a house is that it provides enough space for a big family.
