I think that a good neighbor did not give any demage to each other. When I was in elementary school in the countryside, my family had a good relationship with neighbor next to my house. We raised two dogs as pet and either the neighbor did. One day my pets got out entrance to neighbor's house and then fought each other for feed. There was one death of my pets fighting with. We talked to neighbor about fault or justice, the problem was getting bigger. There we had bad relationship with one.
