Hello, Teacher. It is a hump day today. It is still in the middle of semester. So I have always lots things to do. I really wish a summer vacation that I can relax. ^^ In not less than 5 sentences, share your thoughts about this: Should unacceptable (or too much) web surfing in the workplace be a reason to fire someone from his or her job? Why or why not? Provide reasons. It is true that too much web surfing is undesirable in the workplace. However, the problem is that we can't distinguish easily whether the workers do web surfing with the purpose of their work. In the case of office workers, they usually take charge of paper works which are somewhat needed web surfing. I disagree to fire someone by reason of too much web surfing because I'm not sure that we can judge the worker's situation exactly. In my opinion, it should be encouraged to have self-control about personal web surfing.

Instead of firing them or tightening the reins in an effort to curb their behavior, we should just encourage them to control themselves.   Please review my corrections below.
