They only know the famous \'adobo\'. ^^ I found this online for you. \"Lechon (spit-roasted pig) is the culinary centerpiece at every celebration, fiesta, family events (wedding, birthday), and is also popular around Christmas time. It is prepared by stuffing the inside of the pig with herbs and vegetables.
