I think this tendency of career choices is resulted from gender equality education which we have developed. Through this education, people got to know that biological sex differences can't determine the range of career choice. Therefore, I think we don't need to consider this tendency to be unnatural. On the contrary to this, dividing exactly by his/her gender is more unnatural.
