Hello, Teacher. After our class, I searched 'karma', and I got it. There are many Buddhists in Korea. So, I'm familiar with the notion of 'karma'. We call it ‘up’(업, 業). Thank you for letting me know about it. The Supreme Court's historic ruling, last June 26, to legalize same-sex marriage across America met with mixed reactions all over the world. What is your opinion about this? I had discussed this issue with my class mates in school. Then, many young students insisted that same-sex marriage must be allowed legally. In the light of their happiness pursuit, I don't disagree same-sex marriage. However, I think the basic unit of our society is family rather than as individuals. The homosexual marriage has negative aspects on reproduction of society's members. Many elderly people have been worried about it, and I agree with their opinion. So, I think legalizing a homosexual marriage is not yet ripe for issuing in Korea.

Hi Kaylee! Thanks for putting in your two cents about this topic. I appreciate it. I respect homosexuals. I\'ve had some gay and lesbian friends and acquaintances. I believe that we have the right to marry whoever we want. However, we need to think about what the future holds. So I totally agree with you. Thanks for sharing!
