Generally people tend to judge person as seeing face but people don't have to judge a person by external appearances. because the most important thing is inner side like personality, personal talent, effort etc. Of course, when people meet someone first, first impression is really influential however we can't find their real side by seeing appearance. Moreover, it can cause stereotype to others. According to my experience, when I meet my class mates first in class my thoght was always wrong. their real personality was different from my judgement. Therefore, others should never be one sided appearance and have to try to see person's true character without any prejudice.
