In my opinion, it is a poor way. I think many children have to read many books more than watch TV. It is a good way. While they read some books, they can learn a lot of things with books. However while they watch television, they can't think and learn. They only watch TV so they don't think like foolish. These days, my eldest daughter study for a long time also she doesn't watch TV. While she read some books, she looks smart.
