Especially with the advent of smartphones, most people have always been with SNS like Facebook, and kakao talk. As for me, I had an experience of inconvenience of communication through using message. While I was talking with friend she misunderstood my words in that situation. So I had to explain about it as calling her later. People don't know others facial expression while they are talking with each other during using those things that's why it can often cause trouble. However nowadays most communication programs are having useful emoticon that represent people's statement. I think it is really excellent invention. Through using it on text message we can show our statement to others well. As a result, face-to-face communication is obviously the best.
