Well, as I spoke to you, I major in Industrial designing and I'm a product designer. We usually work as organizing a team so teamwork is a very important element for designing work. In my opinion from experience, respecting individual talent is the most important thing to lead a group to success. respecting each other makes good mood in a team because it can help to make a successful result. I was a leader in an organization for annual exhibition. I tried to do hard with my team member with joyful and activity but I realized when we can't make good result we must be felt depressed and unsatisfied. A team is a group made to achieve the goal. Therefore, only if they must catch the success or goal, they can feel proud and happy. So In my thinking, good teamwork means making a good result and for that, they have to accept their individual talent.

Finally, team work promotes a sense of achievement, camaraderie and equity which are all essential for a motivated workplace.
