Hi Teacher Rose. It's really close to end of year. Happy New Year! I was happy to study with you this year. Our class is finished this Wednesday. I'm going to start our class next Monday. I'm already close to my middle thirties. If I have a busy week, my body and mine get tired easily. After a busy week, I try to various thing energy up for my body and mind. First of all, I try to sleep for 10 hours. When I'm busy week and I have a stress, I prefer sleep. After sleep for a long time When I wake up, my body and mind getting fresh. Second after a busy week, my thought is complicated. I need to clear my head. Then I concertrate another thing. For example, I do nano block and I paint coloring book. I think we need to hobby for us. It make me concertrate only that when I'm confused. Lastly I sometimes go to amazing spot. Because When I go there, I can think a lot of thing. Then I can image new idea and refresh my mine.
