Hello Charlie ^_____^ I think giving recommendation of toursite depends on each preference like traditional culture, shopping, famous attraction and so on. But If someone has only one day to spend in Korea, I would like to recommend Seoul. It may sound like too common because it is already famous city however I think seoul is an aggregation to show Korean culture well because there are a lot of famous places, popular spot and even historical places. And people can get to wherever they want to go by taking subway and bus since there are comfortable traffic system and most places have subway route. So someone even comes to Korea alone they don't need to worry about this. Plus, If they have an app of subway line map it will be truly perfect to move everywhere. If people have enough time to travel more I would like to recommend another cities.

In addition, people can go around the city quite easily because of the comfortable public transit with an accompanying phone app of the subway map.
