I think teachers shouldn't be paid according to how much their students learn If teachers belong to some educational institution, they should arrange equal opportunity to teachers beacause there can be any controversy. Role of teacher is teaching something to student and they should make an effort to how to teach student well. But if there exist something bothering them they may lose their role since they concern somthing. Regarding pay, it can be the problem as well because there is no someone who doesn't care about their salary then teaching will be degenerated. I think it can be applied to many conditions. So I don't agree teacher should be paid according to the number of their students
