Hello, teacher. I've got a tons of things to do after meeting my academic advisor yesterday. I have to not only prepare for my new semester but also rewrite my paper which I will give a presentation on this coming July. I feel gloomy because my winter break is coming to an end. ㅠ.ㅠ What is the ideal comfort food for you? Why? I've loved my grandmother's pollack stew since I was a child. Frozen pollack was a common ingredient in Korea, and it was very cheap. My grandparents weren't well-off then, but they wanted to make some special food for me. She always bought several frozen pollacks to make a pot of pollack stew whenever I visited them. Her pollack stew was really nice, and I still love her pollack stew. Fortunately, she can't cook anymore because she is sick these days. I really hope she could be healthy again, and I could have her nice pollack stew.
