I disagree that people should only read something specific and real. When it comes to specific contents, there are true stories, fact articles, biographical writing and so on. I think reading various genre would be helpful for people to grow their thoughts. So to speak fiction will be great to read like novel, fairy tale. Those make people imagine while they are reading and others can be impressible. As I remember, some of my classmates who really enjoyed reading novel were clever and creative. Whereas, reading real stories is also surely good to widen other’s knowledge and personally I like to read it since I believe it will be helpful to broaden my idea from author’s experience. That’s because most of books I have are about self-development. Although I know the importance of reading novel, actually I don’t usually read it because of habit. If I read many novels I might be more sensitive and creative. So reading many parts is important to people without choice
