Hello, teacher. I saw the Easter Day eggs contest results on the website. Your eggs are really cute.^^ I'm so sorry that you didn't get the prize. Remember! I like yours. What was the weirdest food you've ever eaten? Explain in detail. Do you like coriander? Some Korean people, including me, dislike coriander. However, coriander is favorite ingredient in Southeast Asia such as Thailand and Vietnam. I've been to Vietnam and tried rice noodle, one of the Vietnam traditional foods. Vietnamese enjoy eating coriander when they eat rice noodles, but I didn't know that. I ordered one bowl of rice noodle without any specific demand, and I got one bowl of rice noodle with fully coriander smell. I couldn't stand the weird smell and taste, and finally gave up eating it. Coriander is still my most weird ingredient.

Actually, I recently made a recipe with coriander in it. It\'s called quinoa tabbouleh. I guess coriander is an acquired taste (and smell). I like it though.
