As I’m a non smoker, I think banning to smoke in public places is a good rule. Personally, smoking is useless and it just brings bad things such as bad influence to body, street pollution, etc. I especially concern about second hand smoking since I know how dangerous it is to people from documentary. It is more dangerous than smokers who suck cigarette in person because of exhalant smoke. When non smokers inhale it, it strongly affects to them. That’s why I support this rule in public places. Nowadays, the government has enforced a rule of the non smoking in public places, restaurants and buildings,but many smokers are dissatisfied with it and some even don’t follow the rule. They always insist their right of smoking. However, in lloilo city, there weren’t any smokers and smoking places in public area and I heard there is a rule of non smoking. I don’t know how the rule is strong, but it was really good to live while I was there. I hope many Koreans to follow as well

I heard that there was an ordinance banning smoking although I am not sure how strongly this ordinance is enforced.  It was a really environment while I was there and I do hope that Koreans would follow this as well.
