Hello charile it was hard to organize my thought of topic.. I think groups or organizations are related with goals in people’s lives and those are important to people. We can easily find some occupations which work as a group or organization such as army, government, company coup etc. They always work with others to get achievement and mostly there are their own rules. And importantly, people follow that rules well and even it seems like kind of society sometimes whatever the rules are, if people follow them well the group looks doing well. It means they have same goals with colleagues and can’t work independently to make a good result. And then the goals will be obviously something important to deal with. According to this situation, people can be an asset in groups and also how work going well depends on them and at the same time, groups are another their lives. That’ why groups or organizations are important to people it have to work together and need win-win relationship.

These groups cooperate with each other to reach or achieve their goals and they function well with their own rules which people comply with which creates a kind of society making the group look good.   It means they have same goals with colleagues and can’t work independently to make a good result. And then the goals will be obviously something important to deal with. According to this situation, people can be an asset in groups and also how work going well depends on them and at the same time, groups are another their lives. That’ why groups or organizations are important to people it have to work together and need win-win relationship. >> Going back to groups achieving their goals, members of an organization work together  towards the same goal to create a favorable result giving both the organization and the members a purpose.
