Do you often eat "fast food"? What is your opinion about it? I used to eat fast food, actually in Australia either. Majority says that eating fast food is unhealthy for their body. We all realize that fast food is made of full of oil or instant ingredients.But what if there is no literally 'fast' food, can we all survive in a frentic life? Sometimes we need to have some lunch rapidly to do our important job.In addition , Even if there are many franchise for fast food, that doesn't imply that all people have fast food all day. They just sometimes want to have different types of food just following their mood. So i just want to insist that fast food is not dangerous for our health it is just different types of food that we can enjoy.
