In Korea, there is very similar proverb, “If a monk hates temple, he gets out of the temple.” I thought of that proverb when I was middle school student because I could not agree with policy of education. I could not understand why I have to go school and take classes which look like meaningless. In addition, I don’t want to join in unlimited competition for academic ability. I was always in the top ten of the middle school, so that worry is not just for evasion of the reality. However when I thought of that proverb, I felt that is similar with evasion of the reality. Rather, I thought if I hate ‘temple’, I have to try to change that ‘temple’. For that reason, I decided to study more to change policy of education. Since that time, my dream is making my own middle and high school. I thought making my own school is more effective for a change of policy than being the Minister of Education. lol However I think leaving temple is often better than changing temple, actually.

Hello there, Sarah!

Thanks for doing your homework.

I\'m a bit confused. So do you think it\'s better to leave or to change the \'temple\'?

Anyway, please be consistent with your verb tenses.

Check my corrections below.

Ciao!
