I thought about ways to further develop my career. finally, I decided to work more capable, recognized as a nurse in the United States. I expect I will learn many things because there could be other practices in healthcare compared to Korea. and I could also improve my social skills, since I would be able to deal with people with different culture from my own. I recently quit my job five months ago. My previous job taught me so many things and I developed necessary qualities required to be a proficient nurse. But now, there is no longer room for growth for me in that hospital, and I decided to find a job in the United States to new challenges. I am planning to go to the United States in a year later. So continuing to study English, three months later I will find a new job to maintain careers.
