After taking an office, the government has to try to cope with some matters of life or death to directly affect the people. Not to mention its own road map plan to govern the country, it should also make a lot of efforts to complete some projects which have been commenced by the predecessor. One of the most crucial issues that a government has to spur its horse is to guarantee the people's safety and freedom from danger, and promote the people's welfare. A surfeit of policies may result in malfunctioning of the governmental system. Wisdom always pays.
