On news, there are a lot of news that there are crime or fraud by high-educated people. For example, a lawyer who is in charge of high level in a law firm or court did a fraud or corruption to earn a lot of money. And some doctor did bad medical procedure or used cheap medicine to get their more profit. So I think that to be a good person need good value and behaviors not quantity of education.
