I don't know the meaning exactly. But I can guess it. I agree It is difficult to learn all things good to know. It's impossible to learn everything that is good or bad. And I also think it is not important to learn all. The most crucial thing is how use our knowledge to the right direction for the people. Good knowledge is not much amount but is more beneficial for someone.
