In other words, education may provide anyone who wants to be rich with knowledge, skills, values, and habits. Some connection must exist between education and wealth. The army and a big company generally follow this management formula, "selection-education/training-utilization-promotion-education/training-utilization." Through this, the army establishes strong forces which possess some capabilities to defeat the enemy. Meanwhile, a big company makes their workers possess some capabilities to earn money. The education factor in the formula is not valueless at all. Not all the educated are rich, but they seem to be above the average. Not all the uneducated are poor, but they seem to be below the average. Ascent of status is impossible without education. Koreans had better put more focus on sharing in class through discussion and presentation to compete with other countries.
