The key is viewing stressful situations as a challenge that you can meet, rather than an overwhelming, unpassable road block. And it can make you more resilient. Learning to deal with stressful situations can make future ones easier to manage. However, when stress becomes chronic, or when we feel we are no longer in control of a current situation, it negatively affects health and well-being. We can break stress into three categories. It is conflict:when what you have and what you want is quite different. It is pressure:when you need to do things faster and better. It is uncertainty:when you don't know what is going to happen. Therefore, we need to discern what my stress belongs to, and we should take the best solution out of them.
