He worked very hard, so it made his 65-year retirement so much proud. After retirement, he has been living his second half of life without any challenge, because he was satisfied with his first half of life. Now that he is 95 years old, he found out that his last 30-year life was wasteful and useless. That accounts for about a third of his whole life so far. What's more, nobody knows how much longer he could live. 5, or 10 years? He feels remorseful about his previous judgment that it was too late to begin something. He confessed that he didn't know the notion "never too late" in the past. In that "never too late" respect, my best positive experience was meet my gorgeous teacher Rose along with Power English.
