In what area do you think you stink? What do you do about it? ==> In my case, I think I stink in my work. I changed my job 7 months ago and I am studying about solar photo voltaic certifications.But there are various situations that I have to solve it. I'm not good at my job because of it. There are a lot of things to study but I don't have enough time. So If there is a problem or a question about solar Photo voltaic module, I need my colleague's help. And another problem is my memory. I really studied hard but I could not remember what I studied. I am older and older, my memory capacity does smaller and smaller. Anyway I know my problem about my job so I tried to write down what I learned. And I spoke out what I studied for remembering. I think the best way what I have to solve the problem is effort.

You can do it, James! We sure are getting older each day but let\'s look on the bright side - we are also getting wiser. What do you think?
